Izzy and Emma are stunned by Jack’s proposal: What if the three of them really did have a baby together? But before they have time to delve deeper, they’ll have to talk their way out of a tight spot with Emma’s parents.
Ah, this episode made my heart grew three times its size. That ending with Jack’s proposal, buying the house so they can say that it’s their home, Jack wanting them to start a family in their new home…all very sweet. Even though I prefer Emma and Izzy, I don’t hate Jack and even love it when the throuple are happy and are on the same page so that ending was great. But it looks like Emma is not so into the whole starting a family thing as Jack is so this might put a dent on the throuple’s relationship. I wonder what’s going to happen in the finale next episode (nooooo).
I’m glad that Emma’s parents are accepting of their daughter’s sexuality and of her living situation now and are not being judgmental about it. Now I’ve figured out where I know the actress who played Emma’s mom is from: she was on Dead Like Me, playing George’s boss. And of course the actor is from Battlestar Galactica and played Saul Fucking Tigh.
Nina listening to Izzy’s advice about Andy and giving herself a chance at love and giving him a chance was really great. Izzy was right. Instead of sleeping around with women and hoping to find the right one, Andy’s having these relationships with women and going all in because he wants to find the right one. “I don’t want to be romanced, I want to be loved.”
LOL @ Carmen and Dave saying “We’re gonna be so normal it’s going to be weird.”
