My Review

WTF is that Zan character? I’m baffled and amused at the same time. He’s kinda like a train wreck that you can’t take your eyes off of. I laughed so hard when his business partner (aka Quentin the little kid) got bleeped out when he started cursing up a storm. I also lost it when Al just walked out of Zan’s car after Quentin got robbed after delivering the pizza and Zan just stays in his car taping the whole thing, lol.

I really liked Darius and Earn’s scenes especially the end. Darius is a smart cookie, but it’s unfortunate that Earn didn’t emphasize that he needed the money now and not months later. Very astute commentary by Earn about being poor in today’s society. “I’m poor, Darius. And poor people don’t have time for investments because poor people are too busy trying not to be poor, okay?”

Loved Darius “We’re friends now” after this scene. It brought a smile to my face when he handed Earn his phone just so he can trade it in and have some spending money now. Darius commentaries about AIDS, Steve McQueen, Genghis Khan? Hilarious and most likely true.
