Continued struggles with leadership and trust in Arkadia and Polis take violent turns while Abby leads a team to a distant location hoping to find answers.
Yeah, I didn’t believe for one second that Octavia was dead. This is Octavia Fucking Blake we’re talking about here. Girl is stubborn and fierce as hell and she’s not going to die like that! Hell to the no. Nice fakout, show, but I’m on to you. Echo and Roan will be in for a big surprise when Octavia resurfaces and beats their collective asses. Shallow note: I thought Bob Morley was pretty bad playing Bellamy’s grief like that. I liked Kane’s reaction better.
Clarke learning to deal with the politics of being a leader from Jaha, oh dear. She has done a great deal to save her people, but it seems like she’s not so adept at this whole chancellor deputy thing. Jaha’s suggestion is actually pretty good, but let’s see how long that lasts until the people of Arkadia revolt for whatever reason in the next episode.
Raven is awesome, period. I liked her scenes with Luna and how she talked to her and convinced her that she’s more than just her blood and that it’s her heart that defines her. Loved Raven saving Abby by disabling the drone. Perfect timing. I also loved her scenes with Murphy especially that moment where she thanked him and he’s all “Careful, Reyes. Emori’s already got dibs on me.” LOL.
That lab was pretty fucking impressive. State of the art, too. If it’s a radiation-free zone, everyone can move in there.
So Roan is tired of waiting and breaks the coalition by declaring war on Trikru and Skaikru. Asshole. I hope Indra and Octavia tell the rest of the coalition that Roan lost the Flame so that they would all revolt against Azgeda. Looking forward to the faceoff between him and Clarke in the next episode.
