My Review

I wasn’t really feeling this episode until the last few minutes. Damn! Kevin ditching the opening night of his play to be there for Randall unlike that time during their teenage years where he didn’t do anything to comfort a crying/stressed out Randall. I was full-on tearing up when he ran to Randall’s office and sat with him and hugged him. That was incredible.

Also incredible? The Kevin/Miguel chat where Miguel was able to calm Kevin a little bit by telling him how much he reminds him of Jack and that it pains him that Kevin doesn’t like him. There’s hope yet for these two.

I’m glad Toby came to his senses and told Kate that they should have a long engagement because they don’t know much about each other. Hell, Kate is still not ready to talk about Jack’s death and if she feels this, that she’s not ready to tell the man she’s about to marry then definitely take the time to get to know each other better.

Not surprised that Rebecca and Jack had an argument over the stupid band member. It was to be expected. Jack has been pretty much perfect in all of the episodes so far so for him to finally break down a bit and be human was great to see. He is jealous and has every right to be. Not cool that Rebecca didn’t divulge that information because she didn’t want Jack to react that way.

It was great that Kate told off Duke, but it should have happened two episodes ago. It’s crazy that he’s going to keep on doing that to future participants and there’s nothing they could do about it. If that was me, I would report his ass to the police. Screw reporting him to the owners (his parents) of the facility.

Kevin’s nightmare interview with Katie Couric was hilarious. Her leaving to play tennis with Salman Rushdie and then Sophie knowing full well about Kevin’s nightmare was very cute.
