Saul goes to Abu Dhabi. Carrie delivers bad news. Quinn senses something.
So Dar is spying on Carrie and knows full well she’s working with and advising Keane. Yikes. This is not going to end well for anyone. Dar really can’t be trusted because he has his own agendas and God knows what they are exactly. Why is he so anti-Keane? I can’t believe he insulted her to her face when he said something like he doesn’t trust new enemies…say what? That sounded like a threat.
I hope the show doesn’t write Keane as incompetent because she’s coming off as one when it comes to matters of national security. Doesn’t she have her own staff? Why do we only see her with that guy (I’m assuming he’s the chief of staff).
Quinn being a badass and rightfully being suspicious when he saw that guy lurking in the windows across from Carrie’s place is a good way for him to snap out of his drugged out reverie and depression. Him being paranoid might just pay off because that guy is most definitely working for Dar and it will help Carrie get the upper hand in this spy vs. spy game.
Good thing Carrie’s friend came through in the end with the phone conversation between Saad and Conlin. Otherwise, she would have been in deep shit if Sekou’s case went to trial. So is this the end of the Sekou storyline?
It was interesting to see Saul’s interaction with his sister and how he is not a fan of who she has become after marrying her husband. She moved to the West Bank because she believes that the land was given to Abraham and that this is Jewish land. Saul’s whole speech about this was quite poignant and I’m sure would prove to be quite controversial.
